Adika focuses his practice on dispute resolution, with experience spanning a broad range of matters, including arbitration, civil and criminal litigation, internal investigations, and crisis management. In addition, he regularly advises clients on labor and employment matters, as well as immigration-related issues.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws, graduating cum laude, from Universitas Indonesia, where he actively participated in national and international legal competitions, including the 2022 ALSA International Moot Court Competition, an international moot court competition on Investor-State Dispute Settlement.
