Robbie is a Partner at ATD Law in association with Mori Hamada. He started his legal career in 2009. Before joining MHM Singapore in 2014, Robbie was an associate lawyer at one of the leading law firms in Jakarta. He worked in the corporate and commercial practice group where he advised MNC clients.
Robbie has experience in corporate matters including foreign direct investments, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, general corporate/compliance advice and employment law.
He has authored a number of publications including “Global Legal Insights – Mergers & Acquisitions (2023-2025) and “Real Estate Investment Scheme in Indonesia – Things to Keep in Mind About REIT Systems and Real Estate Finance in Indonesia” (The Association for Real Estate Securitization, 2016). He graduated from University of Indonesia (LL.B) and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from University of Pennsylvania.
