Yoga specializes in advising on tech-related legal matters. While he handles a variety of areas of legal practice, Yoga mainly focuses his practice on representing Indonesian and multinational clients in merger and acquisition transactions, personal data protection/data privacy, technology, fintech and payment system, e-commerce, and general corporate legal matter.
He has an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks as well as extensive industry best-practice knowledge in the field of personal data protection and tech-industry. Yoga has also authored multiple international publications on such topics, notably, International Comparative Legal Guide – Data Protection 2024 & 2025 as well as Lexology – Due Diligence for Tech M&A in Indonesia 2024.
He is a licensed lawyer to appear before the Indonesian courts. He holds a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Tilburg University (majoring in Law and Technology, with focus on Personal Data Protection).
