Yasmin is an associate in ATD Law in association with Mori Hamada. Yasmin’s practice area involves assisting clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions—including international and domestic securities offerings—banking and finance matters, and debt restructuring. She also has experience in intellectual property law, having worked on trademark filings, licensing agreements, and infringement disputes.
She has played a key role in cross-border financing and refinancing deals for multinational banks and corporations, as well as high-value merger control filings before the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU).
Prior to joining ATD Law, Yasmin has previously worked in a number of prominent law firms in Jakarta. Yasmin is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia and is admitted to the Indonesian Bar (PERADI).
