Ghiffari has a wide-range of legal practices, ranging from disputes (arbitration, employment and internal investigation), transaction (foreign direct investment, land acquisition, shares transfer including merger filing, and financing), to advisory work (general corporate, compliance, and liquidation). He assists local and multinational clients within the industries of healthcare, construction, real estate, environment, energy, and natural resources.
Prior to joining ATD Law, Ghiffari worked at several prominent firms at Jakarta, Indonesia. Ghiffari’s writings had been published in several prominent publication platforms including the Jakarta Post and he co-wrote the Indonesian chapter of ICLG’s Real Estate Laws and Regulations 2022 and 2023.
