We represented NWP (a joint venture between Warburg Pincus and PT City Retail Developments Tbk), a leading retail and logistics property platform in Indonesia, as Indonesian counsel in this landmark USD 53 million loan facility with IFC (International Finance Corporation) and PT Bank OCBC NISP. This pioneering transaction supports NWP Group’s efforts to decarbonize its property portfolio by enhancing energy efficiency, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and achieving green building certification through IFC’s EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) program.
