Faiz is a senior associate in ATD Law. He handles work that focus mainly on capital markets, banking finance, debt restructuring, and M&A transactions. He has represented clients on domestic and international IPOs, rights and bond issuances, local and cross-border structured financing as well as advising clients on renewable energy and carbon market sectors. He also has extensive experience in doing mergers and acquisitions for public companies, financial institutions and various MNCs.

Prior to joining ATD Law, he has worked for several prominent local and international law firms in Jakarta. He holds a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Columbia Law School, New York. Faiz is admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association and is also in the process of fulfilling the requirements to be admitted into the New York State Bar Association. Faiz co-wrote the Indonesian chapter of the “International Comparative Legal Guide to: Lending & Secured Finance Laws and Regulations 2024”.
