Fatah is a Senior Associate at ATD Law in association with Mori Hamada. With over 10 years of experience specializing in corporate M&A transactions, Fatah handles a broad spectrum of transactions, including equity security deals, business and asset transfer deals, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, and complex restructuring transactions, whether public or private M&As, cross-border or local transactions, auction deals, or pre-IPO investments. Some of the key sectors and areas that are relevant to Fatah’s experience include FMCG, technology, e-commerce, financial services, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and employment.
Prior to joining ATD Law, Fatah worked at a reputable internationally affiliated firm where he gained invaluable experience in working with diverse clients and international professionals, enhancing his ability to navigate different cultural contexts, and bringing a global perspective and international quality standards to his work. He holds a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree from Universitas Indonesia. Fatah is admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association.
