Ivan is a corporate lawyer with a strong focus on project finance, syndicated lending, and mergers and acquisitions. His active involvement in project finance matters has provided him with broad exposure to a wide range of capital-intensive projects across sectors such as mining, energy, agriculture, infrastructure, and trade. He has also represented conventional and sharia banks, state-owned entities, and private corporations in structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements, including multi-lender syndications, bilateral facilities, and refinancing transactions.

In addition to finance and projects work, Ivan advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and is well-versed in handling the full spectrum of transactional execution from structuring deals, preparing and negotiating transaction documents, to managing deal closings. He also assists clients in general corporate matters and regulatory compliance. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from Parahyangan Catholic University and has worked at several prominent Indonesian law firms. He is also a regular speaker in legal bootcamps and professional training programs, particularly on banking regulation and transactional compliance.
