Jessenia is a commercially minded lawyer with a broad range of experience across corporate transactions in various sectors and antitrust-related matters. Over the past five years, she has built a well-rounded legal background through roles at both in-house and private practice settings. Her early career involved handling various corporate and commercial matters in a multinational company and telecommunication company before moving into a prominent law firm environment where she focused on merger and acquisition and competition law.
Jessenia has been involved in anti-trust work including merger filings, investigations by competition authorities, and anti-trust dispute on alleged anti-competitive conduct. She has also worked on corporate due diligence, advisory and transactional matters for various projects for notable local-conglomerate and multinational clients, such as share and land acquisitions, as well as advisory work related to regulatory compliance and restructuring.
This combination of transactional and contentious experience allows her to assess legal issues from multiple angles and offer strategic, business-oriented solutions.
