2026 International Legal Practice Conference – Cooperation with ASEAN
On 19 September 2026, our Partner, Dyah Paramita, who also serves as Vice Chair of the Global Diplomacy Committee of PERADI SAI, represented PERADI SAI in the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PERADI SAI and the Guangxi Lawyers Association as well as participated in the 2026 International Legal Practice Conference – Cooperation with ASEAN in Nanning, China as a speaker in the sub-forum on “Investment Strategies and Legal Compliance for ASEAN Expansion under Global Supply Chain Restructuring,” focusing on issues around handling disputes and crisis in Indonesia.
Bringing together 411 representatives from the legal and business communities across ASEAN, China, Hong Kong, and Macau, this Conference was a platform for dialogue on regional cooperation, including developments in trade, investment, dispute resolution, and digital economy compliance. The discussions reflected a shared commitment to strengthening legal connectivity and fostering practical cooperation across borders.
