Profile
Dyah is a seasoned dual-qualified disputes and antitrust practitioner. She advises clients on high-stakes arbitration, litigation, regulatory enforcement, and complex investigations. With deep expertise in cross-border disputes, antitrust and competition, and international trade practices, she represents multinational corporations across industries, including oil and gas, construction, automotive, manufacturing, consumer goods, logistics, and transportation.
Dyah assists clients in navigating the complexity of parallel proceedings (i.e. arbitration and court litigation) with integrity. She has been representing clients in arbitration proceedings before the SIAC, ICC and BANI, as well as ad-hoc under UNCITRAL rules, and court litigation covering civil and commercial disputes before various courts in Indonesia.
Dyah is a Certified Mediator, obtaining her qualification from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. In approaching a dispute, she assists clients in assessing the possibility of alternative settlement mechanics.
Dyah is also known for her expertise in antitrust and competition, managing advisory, investigation, defense, and litigation matters across all facets, including horizontal and vertical agreements, as well as unilateral conduct. She provides strategic counsel on merger filings and compliance assessments, notably assisting global companies in navigating complex Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU) regulations and investigations.
Dyah also represented multinational clients in trade remedies investigations carried out by the Indonesian Antidumping Agency (KADI) and the Indonesian Safeguard Agency (KPPI).
Dyah is a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), the Law Society of England & Wales, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), the American Bar Association, Co-founder and Head of the International Affairs Department of the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association, also Co-founder and Vice President of the British Indonesian Lawyers Association. She graduated from Padjadjaran University (Bachelor of Law) and Queen Mary University of London in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution (Chevening Scholar, LLM).
She has been recognized as one of Indonesia’s leading lawyers in antitrust/competition and dispute resolution by prominent legal publications such as Chambers and Legal500.
