We proudly announce two significant promotions in 2026 that highlight our firm’s commitment to nurturing talent and strengthening our leadership team. Robbie Julius has been appointed as Partner, while Prayoga Mokoginta has been appointed as Counsel, of ATD Law in association with Mori Hamada (ATD Mori Hamada).

Robbie Julius’s elevation to Partner reflects his exceptional contributions to the firm as he has built a reputation for guiding clients through high-stakes deals and challenges with precision and insight. He has brought more than a decade of experience advising multinational and domestic clients on complex corporate transactions. His expertise includes foreign direct investments, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate/compliance advice, and employment law. He combines strong local knowledge with an international perspective.

Robbie has been recognized by Asian Legal Business as one of Indonesia’s Rising Stars 2024. He previously worked with Mori Hamada Singapore for around nine years before joining ATD Mori Hamada. Robbie is admitted to practice in Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia and an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Prayoga Mokoginta has been appointed as Counsel in recognition of his outstanding performance and expertise, particularly in tech-related legal matters. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and advises Indonesian and multinational clients on data protection compliance, fintech and payments, ecommerce, and general corporate matters, pairing deep regulatory knowledge with practical, industry-savvy insight. He is admitted to practice in Indonesia and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Gadjah Mada University and an LL.M. degree from Tilburg University, Netherland.
