On 18 August 2026, we hosted an engaging workshop exploring trust structures from legal, practical, and tax perspectives, with a focus on cross-border wealth planning for individuals and families connected to Indonesia and the United States.
Together with Tony Yu, Managing Principal of DSG Wealth & Harmony Family Office, and Norman Ko, Principal of KF Professional Group, both based in California, USA, our Partner Dyah Paramita explored the topic from different angles, from how trusts are treated under Indonesian and US laws, to their use in succession and family wealth planning, as well as the tax and compliance considerations that come with cross-border structures.
