We hosted “Workshop on Resolving Indonesia‑related Commercial Disputes in Singapore” in collaboration with Chua & Partners, a Singapore law firm specializing in international dispute resolution, at our Carstensz function room on 10 February 2026.
Singapore continues to be a leading forum for cross‑border dispute resolution in the region, particularly for disputes with Indonesian touchpoints. This workshop was designed to equip in‑house counsel and deal teams with practical guidance on navigating such matters.
Our Partner, Dyah Paramita, along with Partner of Chua & Partners, Chua Kee Loon, shared first‑hand experience from managing SIAC and ICC cases, highlighting how evolving rules and procedural tools may influence outcomes, as well as the key factors that typically drive time and costs.
