ATD Law in OECD Competition Committee Fact Finding Mission in Indonesia

On 25 September 2026, our Partner, Dyah Paramita, alongside other leading antitrust practitioners in Indonesia and Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA), met the representatives of The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Competition Committee during its Fact Finding Mission in Indonesia.
This pivotal meeting marks a significant step towards Indonesia’s accession to the OECD.
We wish this contribution will help promote the development of Indonesian competition law instruments and practice to be on par with international standards.
