Our Partner, Abi Abadi Tisnadisastra, had the privilege of serving as moderator for the Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan (HKHSK) seminar on “Fintech Regulatory Sandbox: The Role of Legal Counsel in Assessing the Feasibility, Reliability, and Regulatory Compliance of Proposed Business Models under the Regulatory Sandbox Framework and Business Licensing Regime.”
The seminar was held on 17 June 2026 and brought together representatives from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Bank Indonesia, industry practitioners, and legal professionals in Indonesia.
