We are delighted to join the seminar on the Amendment to Law No. 5 of 1999: A Strategic Turning Point for Modern Competition Law Enforcement, organized by the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA) in collaboration with Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia on 11 September 2026 in Jakarta.
Our Partner, Dyah Paramita, was invited to moderate the discussion and facilitate an engaging exchange of perspectives among the distinguished speakers and participants. The seminar brought together academics, competition law experts, legal practitioners, as well as representatives from regulatory and judicial institutions to exchange views on the urgency and evolving dynamics surrounding the amendment of Law No. 5 of 1999 and its implications for competition law enforcement in Indonesia.
