Guest Lecture at Faculty of Law Parahyangan Catholic University on Corporate Transaction Documents: Shareholders’ Agreement
Faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University held a guest lecture on 23 May 2026 in Bandung. Our Partner, Abi Abadi Tisnadisastra, and Associate, Ivan Tjahjadi, were invited to share insights on “Corporate Transaction Documents: Shareholders’ Agreement.”
The session explored the complexities of business transactions, emphasizing the importance of a strong understanding of legal documents, risk management, and the high standards of professionalism required in the legal industry.
