Alfa’s area of practice covers banking, finance, and projects. Her extensive experience includes a diverse range of offshore and onshore financing transactions. She has provided services for clients operating in a wide array of business through financing and investment structures. Her track record includes representation of major banks within and outside Indonesia through financing and acquisition transactions, both local and cross border.

In the face of the global climate issue, she has been advising clients on renewable energy sector, energy transition, and other decarbonization efforts. She offers strategic insights on opportunities for companies to support the achievement of net-zero emissions and to be at the forefront of the sustainability movement.

In the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructuring, Alfa has represented multinational companies in cross-border acquisitions and the restructuring of major group companies across various industries.

Alfa serves a board member of the Financial Sectors Legal Consultant Association (HKHSK, formerly the Capital Market Legal Consultant Association or HKHPM). She has co-authored the Indonesian chapter of the 2023 and 2024 Getting the Deal Through – Loans and Secured Financing. She has been recognized as one of ALB Asia’s 40 Under 40 and an ALB Indonesia Rising Star in 2024.
