We hosted a “Workshop on Energy Transition: Indonesia and Southeast Asia, Common Projects and Financing Issues for Counsels” on 10 April 2026, bringing together legal and industry perspectives on projects and financing realities.
Our Partners, Alfa Dewi Setiawati and Dyah Paramita, joined by Gabriel Yap, Senior Legal Counsel at Vista Contracting and Investment Global Pte. Ltd., Samsung C&T’s wholly owned subsidiary, as well as Benson Lim, Managing Partner at Sixty Three Law, Singapore, shared practical insights drawn from current market experience. The discussion covered regulatory shifts, domestic policy expectations, project economics, charges, and on-the-ground execution challenges, with candid exchanges on how counsels are navigating today’s evolving energy landscape across the region.
