ATD Law and Kroll Collaboration Seminar on Structuring Resilience: How Investors and Lenders can Anticipate and Manage Distress in Indonesia
In collaboration with Kroll, we hosted a seminar titled “Structuring Resilience: How Investors and Lenders Can Anticipate and Manage Distress in Indonesia,” held in Jakarta on 2 February 2026.
The seminar explored early warning signs of distress through financial and operational red flags, legal safeguards in shareholder and investment agreements to mitigate risk, and strategic and operational options for creditors, including informal restructuring, PKPU, and enforcement. The discussion also addressed navigating Indonesia’s restructuring framework and court practices.
The session was led by Abi Abadi Tisnadisastra, Dyah Paramita, Tetsu Takeuchi, and Daisuke Hanamura, together with Wielmen Rumli, Kunio Sakaide, and Tetsuhiro Maeda from Kroll.
