Our Partners are Speaking at the IPBA Annual Meeting and Conference 2026 in New Delhi
We are excited to announce that our Partners, Abi Abadi Tisnadisastra and Alfa Dewi Setiawati, will attend and speak at the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) Annual Meeting and Conference in New Delhi this year.
Abi will speak on 28 February 2026 in a session titled “Digital Finance in Motion: UPI, Inclusion, and the Future of Cross-Border Payments.” He will discuss the legal implications of digital lending platforms, the role of stablecoins in enabling real-time international transfers, and the promise of financial inclusion through digital payment infrastructure. The session will also examine the regulatory challenges of decentralized technologies and the need for interoperable frameworks across jurisdictions.
Alfa will be one of the speakers in a session titled “The Next Frontier: Developments in South and Southeast Asia” on 27 February 2026, discussing what factors have contributed to this growth and whether this trend is expected to continue, as well as how the region has responded with creativity and agility, both in terms of legal developments and political actions, to this ever-evolving situation.
