Sharing Session with Telkom Indonesia on New Criminal Law Framework: Highlight on Corporate Criminal Liability
We conducted a sharing session with PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk on 13 February 2026, where we discussed key developments under Indonesia’s new criminal law framework. The session covered issues such as corporate criminal liability, personal exposure of directors and management, corruption risks, and the increasing importance of robust governance and sound decision‑making processes within SOEs.
